If you have closed your company's accounts And if you are eligible for the IRAS PIC claims (eligible items : Computers, Automated Equipments and Trainings, etc), you can start to submit to IRAS 2011 Productivity and Incentive Claims 30% Cash Payout Application (PIC), subject to IRAS's approval and conditions apply.
If you have missed the 2010 PIC application, it is the time you can start to look into this application. My clients and my company have claimed a sum of cash from IRAS for year 2010.

•独资经营者若遭人提控而落败，赔上的可以是所有生意所面对的风险。
•如果自雇人士已婚，有小孩，碰到上述状况，家人可能一起被拖下水。
•2．有限责任合伙企业
•有限责任合伙企业的合伙人，只有投资在企业的资产受制于生意风险。
•同样的，有限责任公司的股东，只有投资在公司的资产受制于生意风险。当企业或公司被人控诉而败诉时，不会赔上私人财产。
•3．有限公司
•照顾几点：
•储蓄自己的紧急资金
•短期目标费用
•管理自己的债务（偿债计划）
•建立自己的保护层（风险组合）
